At Liquidation Store, we strive to offer the best value on surplus inventory and offer a 30-day return window for items that do not meet your expectations. Please ensure all returned products remain in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the merchandise in its original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

  • 3.
    Ship the Return

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
